You have more than 300 pictures in your digital camera, every thing was going fine. At One morning, when you take the camera to capture some photos you become panic as you can n’t retrieve your old photos and the memory card in your camera is not accessible and it is corrupted.
It happened to me also. When I inserted the memory card of one camera in to another and I got an error "media card not valid". My heart sunk as we have over 300 photos on it of each occasion, my family and friends’ photos.
I played around with it for a while with no results. I tried so many Software, searching on internet but they are of no use. Lastly I found a software called Stellar Phoenix Photo Recovery software which discovered all my lost photos.
I downloaded it and ran it with my memory card and it found ALL my pictures. Don’t know how but it worked even after I formatted my card. I was so happy. I gladly paid the fee for the license and restored my wedding pictures.
I did learn a few things about restoring corrupted photos.
1. Do not mess with your memory card or hard drive .
2. Try cleaning the memory cards with a pencil eraser and clean with running alcohol and a cotton swab.
3. Find good software for photo recovery or restoration like stellar phoenix photo recovery software.
So in short if you damaged you photos some how don’t panic 99 percent of the time they are recoverable. Corrupted photo recovery software works great!
